Standard Delivery
Delivery is available throughout the UK.
Most stocked items are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Larger items or special-order products may take longer. We’ll notify you of any extended lead times when you place your order.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Free delivery may apply to selected items or promotions – please check product pages or contact us for details.
Access Requirements
Before delivery, please ensure:
There is clear access for large items (doorways, stairways, tight turns etc.).
Someone is on-site to receive and sign for the goods.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to inaccessible premises or no one being available to accept it, redelivery may be chargeable.
Damaged Deliveries
All items should be inspected upon arrival. If you notice any damage:
Report it to the driver immediately and sign as “damaged”.
Notify us within 24 hours with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
