Returns Process

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be authorised in advance.

To arrange a return:

  1. Email our team at sales@scotlandcateringequipment.co.uk with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions, including any necessary return authorisation number.

  3. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Products that have been used or installed cannot be returned unless faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply to some returns, particularly on special-order or large commercial items. This will be confirmed during your return request.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly – whether through repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
